Responsibilities
Efficiently prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer-provided designs within 24 hours, ensuring seamless follow-through and successful completion of the sales process
Coordination of daily calendar to ensure timely customer calls, and other communication is met
Accountable for cold calling new prospects and dormant customers
Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize is required
1 years of experience in 2020 Design software is required
Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed
Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships are required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in relevant math skills is required
Understanding of construction principles and/or background and ability to read blueprints and floor plans is required
Understanding of cabinet/cabinetry knowledge is required
Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs is required
Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers
Preferred
Understanding construction principles; ability to read blueprints and floor plans is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
