Technical Account Manager
Coast is a company that makes APIs visual, enabling companies to create instant previews of integrations for customers. They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to work closely with founders and customers, mastering the Coast platform to ensure customer success and addressing their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Become a Coast subject matter expert, addressing questions, concerns, and requests
Lead kickoffs, onboarding, training, solutioning and renewals
Navigate our customers’ organizations to identify champions and help sell our solution internally for expansion opportunity
Have a deep understanding of customers' challenges and help solve them with Coast’s platform
Ensure speedy responses in Slack and email
Identify product gaps and opportunities based on customer needs for our roadmap
Qualification
Required
Located in New York, New York and able to work in office 5 days a week
Must have experience in account management (customer success)
Must have technical experience with APIs
Previous experience with Javascript and frontend development is strongly encouraged
