Responsibilities

Support the structuring, management and control of documentary trade transactions (Guarantees and Letter of Credit) booked in European Branches: checking clients’ requests and collecting right authorizations (legal, risk, compliance…). Book transactions in MO system, review closing memo and file of all documentation. Control of Precedent conditions in our transactions
Monitoring and reporting of the customers risks position if required, raising identified risks
Monitoring and control all documentation and signatures to start operations and/or to disposal of the credit lines
Direct and proactive liaison with Back Office for the booking of the transactions, the fee management and various operational tasks
Support the accounting department providing any relevant information related to transaction booked in the branches
Be a direct and first point of contact for both clients and various internal departments in order to provide relevant information and solutions
Actively contribute to periodic internal administrative reports

Required

At least 3 years of experience in Documentary Trade Middle Office, with specific focus on Letters of Credit, preferably gained in an international environment, along with a sound passion for financial concepts as well as strategic thinking
Bachelor´s degree required (preferably Master´s degree); strong academic track record (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and / or economics)
English: Highly proficient in spoken and written
Microsoft Office Package, proficient level
