Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
Identify customer needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product’s price, features and benefits
Ensure that all customers’ mail orders are completed efficiently and on time
Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty
Qualification
Required
Strong retail sales or customer service background
Ability to provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations
Ability to identify customer needs and answer product-related questions
Ability to respond to queries on product's price, features and benefits
Ability to ensure that all customers' mail orders are completed efficiently and on time
Ability to capture customer data to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty
Passionate and dedicated to go the extra mile for customers and the team
Willingness to take on multiple tasks
