Lead projects from initial concept through construction documents and completion
Guide and collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients
Deliver innovative, high-quality, functional, and meaningful design solutions
Represent the firm in coordination meetings, design discussions, and client relationships
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of architectural experience
Active architecture license in Wisconsin or Iowa
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
Passion for design excellence and mentorship
