Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the mill operation, including crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtering processes
Develop and implement operating plans, budgets, and performance metrics to meet production targets
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead and motivate a team of mill operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel
Qualification
Required
9+ years of progressive experience in copper or other mineral processing operations
5 years in a senior position
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence in both production and maintenance
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of process control, automation, and optimization techniques
Fluency in English
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
