Technical Program Manager Controls, Google Data Centers

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
5 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in Program Management, Capital Planning, or Construction Finance, specifically managing budgets or funding workflows
5 years of experience with critical infrastructure, industrial projects, or data center capital allocation
5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing matrixed design partners without direct formal authority
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Familiarity with digital financial dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, BigQuery) and construction management platforms (ACC/BIM360)
Ability to navigate ambiguity, managing complex financial disputes between project teams and central finance organizations, and driving consensus on funding paths
