Responsibilities
Support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity
Keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
Take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Qualification
Required
confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
confident using digital systems and updating records accurately
proactive mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
Preferred
understanding of the British Army recruitment process
familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
ability to suggest and implement process improvements
