Responsibilities
Partner closely with enterprise legal teams to understand their workflows and demonstrate how AI solutions can meaningfully streamline contract review, research, drafting, and compliance processes
Lead product demonstrations, solution architecture conversations, and deep-dive discovery sessions with lawyers, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, guiding them on AI adoption, best practices, and implementation strategies
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to influence roadmap decisions and improve user experience
Support revenue growth by driving technical credibility throughout the sales cycle and helping shape scalable deployment models
Qualification
Required
Experience working within an AI-driven legal tech platform — especially around LLM-enabled contract analysis, document understanding, or legal workflow automation
Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams and law firms operate, including familiarity with contract lifecycles, compliance concerns, and document-heavy processes
A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical legal stakeholders
Comfort leading high-value conversations with senior legal, procurement, and operations leaders
A collaborative person who enjoys working with product teams and influencing product evolution
Ability to work fully remote across the USA or Canada
