Support and advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents across a variety of deal types
Work closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams throughout all stages of a transaction
Contribute to strategic deal structuring and problem-solving in high-value matters
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Mid-level associate experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong academic and professional credentials
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrated initiative and interest in building a long-term real estate practice
