Responsibilities
Enter and verify data from various sources including forms, reports, and digital systems
Maintain organized and up-to-date databases to support environmental service operations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
Generate routine reports and assist in data analysis as needed
Follow established procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality
Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and suggest improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within environmental or related industries
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
