They are seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, source diverse candidates, and manage the recruiting pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements across engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations
Proactively source high-quality, diverse candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach techniques
Own the top-of-funnel sourcing motion, from initial outreach through candidate interest and handoff to the recruiting team
Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that resonates with candidates and drives response rates
Maintain accurate, organized pipelines and sourcing activity in the ATS
Support the development of repeatable, scalable sourcing strategies in a fast-moving environment

Required

2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
Comfort working in an ATS (Ashby experience is a plus) and managing multiple pipelines
Clear, professional written communication and strong candidate empathy
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract capacity
Curious mindset with a bias toward action and process improvement
