Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, primarily law firms and legal teams
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active matters and ongoing client relationships
Proactively engage clients through tailored outreach (no generic mass emails)
Develop a deep understanding of client practice areas, case types, and litigation needs
Serve as a trusted point of contact, coordinating internally to ensure excellent service delivery
Track client activity, opportunities, and revenue growth using CRM tools
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients to drive repeat business
Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing on account strategy and growth initiatives
Monitor client satisfaction and identify risks or opportunities early
Qualification
Required
Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in legal services, litigation support, or professional services
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing client accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time without close supervision
Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, pipelines, and client activity
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Preferred
Experience working with or selling to law firms, in-house counsel, or legal departments; Strong understanding of how law firms operate (practice areas, partners, associates, litigation workflow, billing sensitivities, etc.)
Background in litigation support, investigations, eDiscovery, expert services, or related legal services
Comfort discussing case strategy, timelines, and investigative needs with legal professionals
Experience collaborating with sales leadership to drive account expansion strategies
