Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking an experienced Car Coster to join their motivated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and analyzing car sales, handling title work, and participating in month-end activities, all while ensuring exceptional customer service and accuracy in billing processes.

Responsibilities

Process, analyze and post car sales to accounting
Processing all payoffs
Verify state lien notices are filed in a timely manner
Processing out of state registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
Reconciling aftermarket products sold throughout the month
Participating in month end activities up to and including: reconciling schedules, remitting payments for aftermarket products, reconciling and updating costs in car sale deals

Qualification

Required

At least one year of automotive dealership experience
Heavy emphasis on accounting and/or car sale billing
Exposure to the title process
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Willingness to take initiative
Quality writing and grammar skills
Computer literacy
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines
Detailed follow up
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently
Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
