Responsibilities
Produce creative, customized content for key audiences
Collaborate across Capital Group’s investment ecosystem to craft compelling, insight-driven content
Write about global equity markets, portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management, and related subjects
Create white papers, articles, presentations, case studies, and promotional content as well as digital-first formats such as video scripts, podcast outlines, and interactive web features
Manage projects from end-to-end, understanding the audience and working with stakeholders to develop the story
Manage all editorial, legal, or quantitative issues that arise in the production process
Partner with marketing leads to align content with campaign goals, audience segmentation strategies, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
You have 10+ years of experience as a writer and editor
You have a bachelor's degree or higher, with an emphasis on marketing, economics, finance, journalism, or a related field
You have solid foundational knowledge of the investment industry and retirement plans
You have experience working within asset management, wealth advisory, or capital markets in a direct or indirect capacity
You have built a portfolio of financial-services or investment-related editorial content that showcases superb writing skills and the ability to distill and synthesize complex ideas into clear prose
You work quickly and are used to turning out high-quality content on a daily basis
You have demonstrated an interest in being part of a marketing and sales organization
You thrive in team settings
You are digitally savvy
You thrive in a collaborative, feedback-rich environment
