Responsibilities
Architect and develop AI agent frameworks: Design and deploy end-to-end RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows using LangGraph , ADK , and Vertex AI
Lead model deployment and optimization: Fine-tune Gemini-based models , improve performance, and manage cost-efficient production pipelines
Establish AI engineering standards: Build and document best practices for scalable, maintainable AI agent development
Collaborate with consulting and internal engineering teams: Oversee architecture reviews and transition AI systems from outsourced partners to in-house management
Ensure scalability and reliability: Design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI workflows in a secure cloud environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
6+ years of hands-on experience in system admin/engineering and AI engineering roles
Proven experience designing and implementing AI Agent Frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, or Google ADK/Agent Engine
Deep expertise in LLMs (e.g., Gemini) and RAG system design
Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI
Solid programming skills in Python
Understanding of agentic workflows, including planning, tool use, autonomous task execution, and memory management
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Redis) and embedding models
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code for AI systems
Ability to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI systems in a scalable, secure cloud environment
Preferred
Full-stack experience with React.js, Next.js, or Vercel
Exposure to MLOps or Terraform (infrastructure-as-code)
Experience in cloud-native or enterprise-scale AI/ML environments
