Responsibilities
Support and co-facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with guidance from experienced mentors
Maintain delivery dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), summarizing trends and insights for engineering and product stakeholders
Track sprint commitments, dependencies, risks, and release readiness milestones across teams
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in Cloud and DevOps technologies and eager to develop hands-on skills in this area
Basic understanding or coursework experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
Exposure to programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python
Curious, proactive learner who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Academic, project, or internship experience working on software delivery or technical initiatives
Exposure to Agile methodologies through coursework, team projects, or internships
Built simple dashboards, reports, or analyses to support decision-making
Coordinated tasks, tracked progress, or facilitated small group discussions
Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Shown creativity and initiative in improving how work gets done
Preferred
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus
