Responsibilities
Fully responsible for all commercial and finance-related matters, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM topics
Manage and optimize financial results with due professional care, including revenue, project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments
Lead all aspects of monthly revenue recognition, contractual invoicing, and ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP, reporting guidelines, and internal controls
Prepare commercial documentation for project status meetings, ensuring accuracy in project data, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting
Ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations, maintain project books and records in systems like SAP, OnePM, and eFMT, and manage financial guarantees, bonds, and securities
Support project management in risk assessment, non-conformance cost reduction, reporting structures, and integrating lessons learned into projects and the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting is required
3-8 years of professional experience in Business administration or in Finance, preferably with experience in Project Management
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Ability to optimally communicate financial information to non-financial partners
Work in a team-oriented environment
Lead multiple tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
Must be able to travel approximately 5%
