Qualification
Required
Must be an attorney licensed to practice law in Rhode Island
Experience in representing clients in state courts
Ability to conduct criminal trials
Thorough knowledge of up-to-date and relevant criminal law and procedure
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to maintain frequent contact and a good working relationship with clients
