Qualification
Required
An active NMLS ID
Experience in loan origination and underwriting processes
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, finance, and loan guidelines
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
Experience in the role of a Loan Officer or similar financial services position
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in mortgage-related software and tools is an advantage
Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations
