End User Support Specialist
Boeing is a leader in aerospace innovation and collaboration. They are seeking an End User Support Specialist to support desktop hardware and various engineering applications, as well as manage network issues and conduct software upgrades.

Responsibilities
Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware
Provide support to multiple program engineering and productivity applications
Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities
Domain account and access management
Perform basic network troubleshooting
Assist with planning and conduct execution of upgrades to hardware and software
Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues
Qualification
Required
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher
Current CompTIA Security+ Certification
Preferred
Experience with STIG activities
Experience with Linux
Experience with Exchange user management
Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment
