Sales Manager
GRTS is partnering with a global leader in mining and mineral processing equipment as they enter the North American aggregates market for the first time. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth across North America, focusing on the aggregates sector and shaping the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing the aggregates sales strategy across North America
Onboarding, developing, and managing dealer relationships as the network expands
Driving revenue growth and market penetration in a greenfield segment
Working closely with global leadership, product, and technical teams
Representing the business at industry events and with key customers
Qualification
Required
Strong background in aggregates, crushing & screening, or mineral processing equipment sales
Proven success working with or building dealer networks across North America
Strategic mindset with hands-on commercial execution capability
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment backed by a global brand
