Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain SSIS‑based ETL pipelines
Optimize SQL for reporting and BI dashboards
Support enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS, Tableau, and Power BI
Lead data initiatives including data mapping, migration, and database design
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance
Support the full lifecycle of data projects, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, and deployment
Contribute to data governance efforts by helping build and maintain a data catalog that supports data quality and usability across the organization
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including non‑technical leaders, to translate analytics and reporting needs into scalable technical solutions
Report to the Data Administration Supervisor, while operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL expertise for querying, performance tuning, and reporting
Hands‑on experience building SSIS ETL pipelines
Experience with SSRS reporting
Strong Tableau visualization experience
Experience leading large‑scale data migration efforts
Proven performance across the full data project lifecycle, from requirements through delivery
Preferred
Prior experience leading or mentoring small data teams (2–5 people)
Comfortable interfacing with business and executive stakeholders
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills
Exposure to database design and modeling concepts (PowerDesigner experience is a plus but not required)
