Responsibilities
Develop AI/ML algorithms and predictive models supporting enterprise mission needs
Preprocess, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness for AI model inputs
Scale prototypes into production-ready machine learning models
Automate and orchestrate ML pipelines to support deployment and continuous integration
Deploy, serve, monitor, and optimize ML systems in production environments
Support the management and enhancement of new and existing AI models and pipelines
Apply low-code and configuration-first development approaches to accelerate delivery
Document model workflows, pipelines, and technical implementation details
Collaborate with AI Developers, Data Engineers, Scrum Masters, and federal stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments
Stay informed on emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices to improve solution quality and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, or related fields
Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models
Familiarity with low-code AI development frameworks, workflow automation, or MLOps tools
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust investigation
Preferred
Experience supporting federal government or public-sector technology programs
Familiarity with cloud-native AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
Exposure to MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, or ML service deployment
Experience with deep learning, NLP, time-series modeling, or other advanced ML techniques
Certifications in AI/ML, cloud engineering, or data analytics are a plus
