Responsibilities
Lead projects and manage schedules
Communicate clearly with clients and teams
Guide and influence project direction
Involved with space planning and programming
Develop creative concepts
Advance design development and prepare detailed construction documents
Understand the entire project cycle from concept through construction
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or higher degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of how buildings come together
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently or within a team across all phases of project development
Ability to draw and think three‑dimensionally
Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and LEED documentation
Project Architect candidates shall have a minimum (5) years as licensed Architect
Senior Project Architect candidates shall have a minimum of (10) years as licensed Architect
Healthcare Architect candidates shall have a minimum of (10) years as a licensed Architect with a healthcare specific background
Preferred
Pursuing licensure (AXP/ARE) registration a plus but not required
Experience with Lumion, BIM360, Procore, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
