Drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and new business within strategic enterprise accounts
Develop and execute account plans with multi-year growth strategies and executive engagement
Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor
Lead complex negotiations and renewals; ensure high customer satisfaction and value realization
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues promptly
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Required travel of up to 30%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
10+ years of B2B enterprise sales/account management experience with proven success
Experience selling to C-suite and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong account planning, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
