Sales Development Representative
Capabuild AI is an innovative startup focused on redefining construction technology. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to primarily focus on cold calling prospective clients and developing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Main focus on cold calling prospective clients
Develop and maintain relationships with new clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in sales or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
Proven ability to achieve quota targets
Extensive cold calling experience is a must
Preferred
Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company
Comfortable with hybrid work
