Conduct site assessments and review project specifications to identify potential challenges and solutions
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
Lead and manage project teams, including plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors
Conduct regular meetings to review progress
Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any client concerns or requests
Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
