Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and retrieve surgical equipment across the Tidewater region
Set up, test, and verify equipment functionality at client locations
Provide hands-on technical support and equipment training to surgical staff
Track inventory movement and maintain accurate delivery and service logs
Troubleshoot on-site equipment issues and escalate when necessary
Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Collaborate with Medworks’ internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Build strong, professional relationships with hospital teams and OR staff
Qualification
Required
You live within ~40 miles of the Tidewater region
You have strong organizational and time management skills
You're dependable, solutions-oriented, and confident under pressure
You're technically curious and eager to learn medical equipment operations
You can lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or OR environments
Experience in technical support, field service, or logistics
Experience in customer-facing roles or training facilitation
