Perform basic equipment checks, inspections, and routine maintenance
Assist with troubleshooting using meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools
Handle component swaps, adjustments, and simple repairs under guidance
Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and process controls
Document findings clearly in logs, checklists, or digital systems
Support production teams with equipment monitoring and workflow stability
Qualification
Required
Technical Associate degree, trade school certificate, or military tech experience
Comfort working with tools, wiring, test equipment, or mechanical assemblies
Ability to read diagrams, follow procedures, and stay detail-oriented
Reliable, steady work style — must follow safety rules and cleanroom protocols
Open to 12-hour shifts (day or night) in a climate-controlled facility
