Required
College degree required
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret large data sets and ensure accuracy
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, PivotTables, Power Query)
Skilled in process optimization and workflow automation using modern tools
Committed to continuous learning and professional growth; actively seeks opportunities to expand skills and adapt to evolving tools and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable to new technologies and able to recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Collaborative team player who builds trust across operations, IT, compliance, and client-facing teams
Preferred
Financial industry experience is preferred or strong foundation in data analysis and data systems
Emphasis in finance, economics, business, information systems, or related field is preferred; CFA® or CIMA® progress or data/BI certifications preferred but not required
