Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and RIAs across the Ohio Valley Territory (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky). Your goal is to not only grow your network, but to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Actively engage with advisors through virtual meetings, in-person visits, and industry events. Provide them with timely sales ideas, product information, and market insights to drive new asset flows and retain existing business
Articulate Crossmark's competitive advantages and investment philosophies through effective and engaging presentations to promote our full suite of products and services
Create and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to maximize your effectiveness and market penetration within the territory
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of 5+ years of successful external wholesaling experience
Possess a Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong territory management skills
History of successful business development across various advisor channels (Wirehouse, Regional, Independent, and RIA)
Deep understanding of capital markets and investment products (mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs)
Superior communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills
Willingness to travel extensively (75%+) within the territory
Preferred
An established network of advisor relationships in the Texas market
