You'll ride alongside an experienced ATM Technician as you learn how to maintain and troubleshoot ATM equipment, with the goal of advancing to a full ATM Service Technician role.

Responsibilities
Learn and perform 1st-line maintenance on ATMs and retail banking devices
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues: clear jams, replace small parts (belts, bulbs, filters)
Perform basic installations: pull cables, install locks, mount devices
Maintain professional and timely communication with customers and team
Keep accurate service records and escalate issues as needed
Assist technicians with preventative maintenance
Learn to work safely around sensitive equipment, including ATMs that may contain cash
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
A strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Able to lift to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working on your feet, occasionally kneeling or crawling in tight spaces
Preferred
1–3 years of related experience (technical, mechanical, or customer service preferred)
