Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery and equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machines
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues and perform necessary repairs promptly
Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to identify equipment problems and determine appropriate repair procedures
Respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
Collaborate with production personnel to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest modifications to enhance equipment performance
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance staff members, as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
