Qualification
Required
2–5 Years of experience in video conferencing infrastructure and endpoint management
Experience with Unified Communications systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc.)
Mobile device support and management experience
Knowledge of networking concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc.)
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Punctual and reliable
Ability to multi-task and manage workload effectively
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify solutions
Preferred
Experience with Cisco
Experience with Mitel
Experience with Zoom
Experience with AirWatch
Experience with Apple Business Management
Experience with Microsoft
