Responsibilities
Lead group workshops on:
FAFSA completion, corrections, and verification
CSS Profile guidance and school-specific requirements
Financial aid timelines, deadlines, and documentation
Understanding and comparing financial aid award letters
Financial aid appeals and special circumstances
Provide clear, accurate guidance to students and families
Deliver workshops virtually (evenings and weekends)
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience with FAFSA and CSS Profile
Strong understanding of federal, state, and institutional financial aid
Experience presenting to groups of students and parents
Excellent communication and organization skills
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with diverse communities
Preferred
College or university financial aid office experience
High school or college counseling background
College access, nonprofit, or advising experience
