Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment
Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism
Promote fitness programs and special offers to members
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Help create a positive and motivating atmosphere for all members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred
Previous customer service experience in a retail or fitness environment
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software
Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
