Entry-Level / Junior Sales Representative
Ownly is hiring its first Entry-Level / Junior Sales Representative to support our growing pipeline of business owners seeking capital, growth tools, and exit planning support. The role involves qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, maintaining CRM records, and building a personal sales pipeline over time with structured training and performance expectations.
Responsibilities
Qualify and follow up with inbound leads quickly and accurately
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Schedule and support discovery calls with prospective clients
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
Prepare client summaries and follow-up materials for senior advisors
Track daily and weekly performance metrics
Learn Ownly’s services and confidently communicate value to business owners
Build and manage a personal sales pipeline over time
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort with phone calls and outbound outreach
Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable performance metrics
