Junior Specialist – Pre-Sales Operations

iHorizons is a leading provider of business solutions and technology services in the Arab World. You will work with the Sales Operations Lead to provide support and assistance in the day-to-day sales operations activities related to the preparation of proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals/ quotations for the delivery unit
Organize proposal delivery schedule
Coordinate with the different team members to ensure timely delivery of their parts
Compiling the different components of the proposal and ensure the quality of deliverables
Collaborate closely between the sales team and service delivery team members to arrange meetings with clients
Translate the requirements in the form of preparing proposals and quotations
Work closely with sales teams to prepare proposals based on the RFPs and business solutions and ensure timely submissions
Support the Sales Operations Lead with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
Liaise with the Service Delivery & Development Unit and provide the required details of proposals and quotes to the sales unit that asked for a proposal or participated in a tender
Coordinate with the different teams involved in the preparation of the proposals to ensure timely delivery of their parts
Create and Maintain sales-related records and documents using Microsoft Teams, to ensure the information is preserved for future reference
Conduct research, analyze data and oversee various administrative tasks
Ensure quality and accuracy of the data by performing regular audits and validations

Required

1 - 2 years' experience, with a minimum of 1 year IT or related industry experience in similar role

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business studies or related fields
Experience in IT Industry
Working knowledge of CRM
Good MS Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft teams
Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools
