TalentBridge is a growing organization seeking an experienced Manager of Strategy & Planning to join their collaborative team. This role will support critical planning, reporting, and analysis functions during a period of team transition and increased workload.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and deliver monthly reporting, including forecasts and budget updates
Perform financial and operational analysis and load results into planning systems
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and reporting needs
Contribute to ongoing Power BI dashboard development and enhancements
Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as business needs arise

Required

Proven experience in strategy, planning, FP&A, or financial analysis roles
Strong background in monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience supporting month-end close processes
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred

Experience with Hyperion or similar planning tools (highly preferred)
Exposure to Power BI dashboards or business intelligence reporting
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
