Responsibilities
Lead engineering teams through conceptual design, procurement, and construction support
Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables for services and EPC work
Provide technical leadership on substation, distribution, and transmission line projects (69kV+)
Perform and oversee PLS-CADD modeling and technical reviews
Mentor and train engineers, offering daily technical guidance and performance feedback
Ensure engineering quality, constructability, and compliance with utility standards
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience (10+ years strongly preferred) in power delivery engineering
Strong background as a Structural / Civil Engineer
PLS-CADD expertise is mandatory: Must have hands-on modeling experience, Self rated proficiency 8/10 or higher
Willingness to continue performing technical PLS-CADD work while leading teams
Extensive experience with 69kV and higher transmission projects Structural focus covering: Foundations, Steel, concrete, and wood framing, Materials and constructability
