The Production Scientist will support laboratory and production operations by preparing buffers, weighing chemicals, and assisting with validation and documentation activities.

Responsibilities
Complete assigned work orders according to established standards
Prepare buffers and accurately weigh chemicals
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and safety compliance
Operate lab and production equipment safely and competently
Update or create documentation using ManGo / TrackWise systems
Participate in team meetings and validation activities
Train coworkers when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biological or Physical Sciences
0–3 years of lab or production experience (new grads welcome)
Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions
Comfortable working with chemicals and using PPE
Willingness to work early morning or night shifts
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred
Microbiology or Molecular Biology
Experience with bacterial culture
Familiarity with regulated lab environments (GMP, QC, production labs)
Experience with documentation systems (TrackWise, ManGo, or similar)
