Responsibilities
Leader for client account relationships, managing a portfolio exceeding $2M annually
Oversee project budget and hiring, identifying and troubleshooting any resource challenges
Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet business objectives
Oversee managers and teams, ensuring quality delivery of assets and deliverables
Subject-matter expert on MLR processes, ensuring accurate submissions and compliance
Drive organic growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business proposals
Contribute to the improvement of agency best practices and operational processes
Qualification
Required
5-6+ years of experience in account management within an agency setting
Strong background in animal healthcare marketing is required
Ability to manage $2M+ client accounts
Expertise in budgeting, staffing, risk assessment
Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams
Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical MLR processes in animal health category
