Provide critical legal support across the full lifecycle of complex energy and infrastructure project financing and project development transactions
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in project finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, mezzanine financing, or structured transactions
Strong academic credentials and legal training
Managing complex multi-party transactions
Communicating clearly with stakeholders
Working collaboratively with global teams
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar
