Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to oversee multiple projects effectively and ensure timely completion within budget
Hands-on experience in Expediting and coordination of project deliverables and tasks to ensure a streamlined workflow
Strong skills in Logistics Management to oversee resources, scheduling, and materials for seamless project progression
Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
Additional qualifications such as excellent communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
Leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in construction management or the renovation industry is a plus
