Vice President, Public Affairs Operations
The Fells Group is a national public affairs firm that collaborates with political, corporate, and nonprofit entities to optimize winning campaigns. The Vice President is responsible for driving client strategy, managing key relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth while providing strategic counsel and executing business development initiatives.

Leading teams and business development
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in advertising, marketing, public affairs, government relations, in political campaigns, or a related field
Proven experience working with clients and/or external partners
Demonstrated leadership and project management experience, including managing teams and/or client relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues clearly and persuasively
One who pays special attention to detail, works well under pressure, and is a team player
Experience and/or strong interest in Maryland or Baltimore region politics
Preferred

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong instincts and sound judgment under pressure
