Responsibilities
Design, implement, and modify advanced configurations of core enterprise network infrastructure
Support the merger and integration of two large-scale network environments
Develop and maintain advanced network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting tools
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve system-wide network issues impacting availability and performance
Create, maintain, and interpret detailed network diagrams and technical documentation
Provide guidance on project costs, design concepts, and design changes
Evaluate emerging technologies for cost, compatibility, scalability, and usability
Identify hardware, software, and system components required to meet organizational needs
Perform ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and installations of network hardware and software
Communicate technical concepts through presentations, technical reports, and documentation
Direct and support installation of network and application software and hardware
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with enterprise-level network engineering and infrastructure
Proven ability to support advanced network configurations and system-wide changes
Experience with network integration or large-scale environment mergers
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, mission-critical environments
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and network diagrams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interfacing with executive and senior leadership
Preferred
Network certifications (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, or similar)
Healthcare or regulated-industry IT experience
Experience supporting virtual care, digital health, or command-center environments
