Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, guiding AI adoption strategies aligned to business outcomes
Lead discovery engagements to understand client goals, constraints, operating models, and technology landscapes
Map business and technical value streams, identifying opportunities for AI enablement, automation, and augmentation
Translate strategy into clear solution concepts, phased roadmaps, and execution plans
Create high-quality, client-facing collateral including strategy decks, assessments, executive readouts, and solution narratives
Apply product management discipline to define high-level solution backlogs, epics, and prioritization frameworks
Gather, analyze, and synthesize business and functional requirements, balancing near-term wins with long-term capability building
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive, user-centered solution experiences
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure feasibility, alignment, and delivery readiness
Support GTM efforts by contributing to proposals, solution positioning, and executive-level storytelling
Operate comfortably across strategy, advisory, and tactical execution, adjusting depth as needed by client maturity
Qualification
Required
Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
Strong consulting and advisory mindset with the ability to influence executive and senior leadership audiences
Proven experience shaping AI, data, or digital transformation strategies within enterprise environments
Ability to connect business objectives to technology solutions and operating model implications
Solid product management fundamentals: backlog creation, prioritization, requirements definition, and roadmap planning
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
Strong written and visual communication skills—capable of producing polished, executive-ready client deliverables
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and structuring problems from first principles
Collaborative approach with the ability to partner across design, engineering, and delivery teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
High level of ownership, accountability, and client empathy
Preferred
8+ years of experience in management consulting, AI advisory, digital transformation, product strategy, or related roles
Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries
Demonstrated ability to lead strategy engagements from discovery through execution planning
Familiarity with AI concepts including machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data platforms (depth over buzzwords)
Experience operating in agile or hybrid delivery environments
Background in both consulting and product-led organizations
Experience translating assessments or diagnostics into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Exposure to enterprise UX/service design practices
Experience supporting sales, GTM, or pre-sales motions with strategic solutioning
Strong intuition for organizational change, adoption challenges, and transformation enablement
