Concrete Laborer
Hidden Hill Precast Solutions LLC, in partnership with iHire, is seeking experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Precast Concrete Laborers for a traveling role. The position involves performing various precast concrete labor tasks while supporting precast manufacturing plants across the United States.

Responsibilities
Perform precast concrete labor including form setup, rebar tying, concrete finishing, and heavy lifting
Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements
Operate hand tools, power tools, overhead cranes, and welding/cutting equipment
Work in a fast-paced, heavy-construction environment—indoors and outdoors in all weather
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members (bilingual required)
Produce high-quality precast pieces with speed and accuracy (8+ pieces per day on a product line)
Travel every 3–6 months to new project locations across the U.S
Qualification
Required
Experience in precast concrete labor or heavy construction
Ability to read blueprints and tape measurements
Concrete formwork and setup experience
Rebar tying, basic carpentry, and concrete finishing skills
Experience with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Bilingual Spanish/English—able to communicate with Spanish-speaking crew members
Reliable transportation for daily travel from housing to job sites
Ability to travel nationwide for extended assignments (6 months at a time)
