15+ years expKelly Services is seeking a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager for Conversational Analytics (AI) to work with a global leader in memory and storage solutions. This high-impact role involves leading a CFO-sponsored AI and analytics transformation program within Finance, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as the overarching program manager for Micron Finance’s Conversational Analytics (AI) transformation
Lead and coordinate multi-phase, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependent workstreams
Partner closely with Finance leadership and SMEs, Data & Analytics teams, IT/data enablement teams, and executive stakeholders (VP- and CFO-level)
Define and manage program scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and operating cadence
Drive resource planning, dependency management, and proactive risk and issue resolution
Ensure predictable delivery, strong scope control, and on-time execution across all phases
Align program outcomes to business goals such as automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement
Act as a bridge between technical teams and Finance stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
Support organizational change through stakeholder communications, training coordination, UAT planning and execution, and adoption readiness
Partner (without directly managing) the Analytics/AI solution team to enable successful delivery
Lead working sessions, decision forums, and executive updates with clarity and confidence
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional, multi-phase programs
Proven experience as both a Program Manager and Project Manager (beyond traditional IT PM roles)
Strong background in data, analytics, and reporting programs
Experience leading or supporting AI-driven or advanced analytics initiatives
Working knowledge of Finance processes and how analytics supports Finance outcomes
Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with senior leadership exposure
Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and proactively drive results
Preferred
PMP certification (required or strongly preferred)
Six Sigma certification (a plus)
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) (highly preferred)
Familiarity with SAP (ERP) and analytics/data platforms (Snowflake exposure is a plus)
